Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations are permitted up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. - Refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this timeframe. - Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled consultation will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Policy: - Clients are allowed to reschedule their consultation up to 5 hours before the original appointment time. - Rescheduling within this timeframe will not incur any additional charges. - Rescheduling requests made less than 5 hours before the scheduled consultation will not be accommodated. No-Show Policy: - Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show. - No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Communication: It is the responsibility of the client to inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests in a timely manner. Refund Process: - Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original method of payment. Exceptions: - In the event of extenuating circumstances ( natural disasters), exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Documentation may be required.
